Se m\u0103soar\u0103 dependen\u0163a de timp a fluctua\u0163iilor intensit\u0103\u0163ilor pentru determinarea coeficientului de difuzie transla\u0163ional (D), respectiv diametrul hidrodinamic (D<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Rezultatul constituie o distribu\u0163ie a intensitatii care poate fi convertit\u0103 \u00eentr-o distribu\u021bie de volum sau mas\u0103 dac\u0103 propriet\u0103\u0163ile optice ale particulelor sunt cunoscute (Teoria Mie).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teoria Mie permite un calcul riguros al distribu\u0163iei m\u0103rimii particulelor din date de difrac\u0163ie laser, \u00eens\u0103 acest\u0103 predic\u0163ie a m\u0103rimii tuturor particulelor, mici sau mari, transparente sau opace, este condi\u021bionat\u0103 de urm\u0103toarele aproxim\u0103ri:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Particulele ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi m\u0103surate sunt sferice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Suspensia de particule este diluat\u0103.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;
