class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Evaluarea microbiologic\u0103 este esen\u0163ial\u0103 pentru toat\u0103 gama de produse alimentare (incluz\u00e2nd alimentele clasice, suplimentele alimentare \u015fi alimentele speciale). \u00cen acest sens se vor achizi\u0163iona echipamentele specifice laboratoarelor de microbiologie, dar \u015fi echipamente consacrate care s\u0103 poat\u0103 analiza ADN-ul, ARN-ul sau proteine \u00een general pentru identificarea f\u0103r\u0103 echivoc a naturii alimentului (proteic), dar \u015fi a gradului de denaturare. Investi\u0163ia \u00een acest laborator este de ~3.97 mil RON.<\/p><p>\u00cen prezent laboratoarele acreditate din Rom\u00e2nia realizeaz\u0103 analiza microbiologic\u0103 a alimentelor prin metode clasice care au la baz\u0103 eviden\u0163ierea direct\u0103 a unor specii microbiene, denumite indicatori microbiologici, a c\u0103ror prezen\u0163\u0103 \u015fi cantitate indic\u0103 riscul prezen\u0163ei altor contaminan\u0163i biologici, inclusiv a agen\u0163ilor patogeni. Aceste metode presupun izolarea \u015fi identificarea parametrilor microbiologici utiliz\u00e2nd medii speciale \u015fi tehnici de identificare biochimic\u0103 \u015fi\/sau serologic\u0103 standardizate. Cu toate acestea, numero\u015fi factori biologici (ex. microorganisme poten\u0163ial patogene, microroganisme rezistente la antibiotice), virusuri sau factori biochimici (ex. toxine microbiene sau diferi\u0163i produ\u015fi deriva\u0163i din metabolismul microbian) nu pot fi decela\u0163i prin metode clasice.<\/p><p>Acest laborator \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 dezvolte \u015fi s\u0103 aplice metode noi de detec\u0163ie a contaminan\u0163ilor microbiologici din alimente prin utilizarea unor instrumente \u015fi tehnici de ultim\u0103 genera\u0163ie. Metodele moderne utilizate vor completa tehnicile clasice \u015fi vor include:<\/p><ul><li>Izolarea unei palete mai largi de microorganisme, inclusiv fastidioase din alimente;<\/li><li>Identificarea microorganismelor izolate utiliz\u00e2nd metode avansate de microscopie \u015fi metode automate\/semiautomate biochimice \u015fi imunologice realizate \u00een microvolume pentru analiza rapid\u0103 a unui num\u0103r mare de probe sau variante;<\/li><li>Eviden\u0163ierea acizilor nucleici (ADN, ARN) specifici diferitelor microorganisme prin PCR (polymerase chain reaction), qRT-PCR (Real-Time Quantitative Reverse Transcription PCR), urmate sau nu de migrarea produ\u015filor de amplificare \u00een gel de agaroza \u2013 pentru discriminarea acurat\u0103 a taxonilor unei familii, clase, specii de microorganisme direct din alimentele contaminate \u015fi de tipizarea molecular\u0103 prin secven\u0163iere sau Western Blott;<\/li><li>Utilizarea TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) ca metod\u0103 de identificare rapid\u0103 \u015fi eficient\u0103 a microorganismelor din alimente;<\/li><li>Caracterizarea poten\u0163ialului de patogenitate \u015fi a profilurilor de rezisten\u0163\u0103 la antibiotice ale tulpinilor microbiene izolate din alimente:<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>eviden\u0163ierea profilului de rezisten\u0163\u0103 la antibiotice prin metode fenotipice \u015fi moleculare (metoda disc difuzimetric\u0103, E-Test, eviden\u0163ierea concentra\u0163iei minime inhibitorii prin metoda microdilutiilor, PCR);<\/li><li>determinarea caracterelor de virulen\u0163\u0103 pentru eviden\u0163ierea poten\u0163ialului patogen al tulpinilor izolate din alimente (ex. evaluarea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de aderen\u0163\u0103 la substrat celular \u015fi inert, producerii de biofilme, producerii de toxine \u015fi enzime, PCR).<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Dezvoltarea de noi suprafe\u0163e \u015fi ambalaje alimentare cu propriet\u0103\u0163i antimicrobiene.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
