Ultrahigh precision liquid chromatograph coupled with hybrid mass spectrometer

The liquid chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer equipment LC/MS Q-TOF delivers sensitivity, resolution, mass accuracy, isotopic fidelity, and speed in one measurement. The system, couples excellent sensitivity over a wide in-spectrum dynamic range with precise quantitative accuracy, reducing the number of replicates needed or the size of a study. The LC-MS Q-TOF system is composed of the following: electrospray ionisation source (ESI), quadrupole, flight tube TOF (time of flight), collision cell and detector. Sistemul este prevăzut cu: sursă de ionizare electrospray (ESI), cuadrupol, tub de împrăștiere TOF (timp de zbor), celula de coliziune și detectorul.

Main performance characteristics of the instrument:

The liquid chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer system is used to determine antibiotics in various matrices such as wastewater / drinking water, honey, vegetables and other foods. It is also used for the release profile of various biologically active materials.

Size exclusion chromatograph

Main performance characteristics of the instrument:

  • Maximum operating pressure of the chromatographic system 600 bar
  • Precision of the flow greater than 0,07% RSD
  • The chromatographic system has a degasser in order to eliminate performance losses due to gas bubbles
  • Injection domain 0,1-100 µL
  • The injector can be washed with mobile phase to reduce the possibility of cross-contamination to a minimum
  • The precision of injection is better than 0,25 % RSD in the 5 – 100 µL range
  • The multi-detector ensemble includes: refraction index detector, viscometer and light scattering detector
  • Column thermostat with Peltier element for cooling
  • Temperature range of the column is from 5 degrees under ambient temperature up to 99 degrees maximum
  • The chromatography software allows to determinate the absolute molecular mass, molecular mass distributions, molecular dimensions (hydrodynamic radius and gyration radius), conformation of macromolecules, analysis of copolymers, viscosity of solutions, calculation: Mn, Mw, Mz, Mz+1, Mp , Mv, universal calibration, differential and integral
